GenX has partnered with Robotic Processes Automation product OEMs and has been building solutions using these products in BFSI and Telecom domain. In addition, we have experience in creating conversational chatbots and voice bots using Google’s Dialogflow and Tensorflow platforms.

We work with various Analytics platforms and AI/ML libraries to build Predictive (what-if), Reactive (event-based) and Projection (AI/Mathematical Model-based) Dashboards and drill-down analytics engines. GenX also works in the area of deep-dive Reconciliation platform using AI/ML and deep-learning algorithms for cross-industries business problems.

In addition, GenX builds its own AI Accelerators using varying technologies for Intelligent Automation and Simplifying business processes. These accelerators are pre-built micro-products which enable automation in specific business areas. Image-Analytics, KYC process, pre-filling of application forms, API aggregation and logical flow, budgeting process, HR processes and a lot more intelligent automation of human workflows, are some examples of these accelerators.
